Upper Merion Township is where I used to dispatch at the police station. Awesome group of people.
It is also home to the King of Prussia Mall which is one of the largest shopping areas in the entire nation. The in car cameras shown at the bottom are able to be monitored live from the station while officers are on scene of incidents. One is located on the windshield which is typically the shot you would se on television, the second one is placed so that the back seat can be monitored if a prisoner is acting up in some way. All of their marked units are equipped with these and utilize a hard drive recorders in the vehicles to document incidents.
