Delaware State Police - Damaged SWAT Vehicle I placed this vehicle at the top of the page to remind the civilians that visit my page that police work is a dangerous job. To the men and women who work the streets its a reminder that there are no indestructible vehicles out there. Be careful. Photos come from the collection of Robert Ward. Here are his attached notes:

(SWAT) armored car -- just as a reminder that not all negotiations
end well.
This was a stand-off with a retired
C.H.P. officer. The white tabs are markers to show where the where
the 22 shots hit the truck. Not sure what type rifle it was.
